Welcome to Papyralis. By accessing and using our website at Papyralis.com (the "Site") and purchasing our products, including Notebooks & Journals, Writing Instruments, and Office Binding Tools, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

User Agreement

This agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you, the user, and Papyralis. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, or disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our Site.

All purchases are subject to product availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors in pricing or product information without prior notice. We may refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Papyralis, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site.
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the Site.
  • Any content obtained from the Site.
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid to Papyralis for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Intellectual Property Protection

All content published and made available on our Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Papyralis or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from, distribute, display, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part. The Papyralis name and logo, and all related product and service names, design marks, and slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Papyralis. All other marks are the property of their respective companies.

Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Papyralis. If you are not satisfied with a product, you may return it for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
  • Non-returnable Items: Gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, and products marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
  • Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Returns sent without an RMA number may not be accepted.
  • Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping costs.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
