Shipping Method & Processing

We currently offer one reliable shipping option: Standard Shipping. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Shipping Destinations & Timelines

We ship internationally. The estimated delivery time for Standard Shipping is 7-20 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the destination. Please note these are estimates and not guarantees, as delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs processing and local postal services.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your items and the delivery destination. There is currently no minimum order value for free shipping. All charges will be displayed transparently before you complete your purchase.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For international orders, please be aware that you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our item prices or shipping costs. Papyralis has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. Papyralis is not responsible for orders lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will attempt to update the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, please refuse acceptance or note the damage with the carrier.
